I am malicious friends. I am malicious. Until recently I did not know, who is Borat, where he lives and what does he do. Now I know, and for me from it it is not easier. Business not in his manner to write jokesI like it very much. The business in choice of the country. Why Kazakhstan?! I am indignant. Why it is impossible to be named the journalist from country X and to tell about this one his jokes? There is an opinion, that this person is crazy.

Draw conclusions. Here are freedom of speech. It is democracy. It is necessary to ask to itself a question, whether such freedom is necessary for us? Actually this person offends my native land on all globe. At a meeting I shall necessarily tell to him something.
Though if to understand this question thoroughly and it is a little from other point of view, his humour very attractive. I would tell, in his jokes there is no evil. All of them harmless, I even would tell childly innocent. And on the site he writes, that all this made only for the sake of money. Therefore and questions to him there can be a minimum.
I very much would want to look completely his new film about Kazakhstan. But, I am afraid this will not be showed here. Also will correctly make. There are no words, one emotion and dots more shortly.

Hello, dear visitors of my blog. Probably there are no so many, but thereby you are valuable. I want to share with you by my ideas.
Information technologies, as well as me and you, exist within the framework of the system configured, perfected, and somehow, but functioning. A name to this system - the state. Certainly, for us, ordinary citizens (especially Kazakhstans), this concept rather abstract. To us the concept the Law is closer. Anyhow, each of us collided with it. Someone has broken it, someone has suffered from ignorance, and someone drives the machine and observes or does not observe rules of roads established by the law. By brief definition, the state is the institute existing for an establishment of rules (laws) for govern by a society. And the law - means for government. Interpretation of the term the state can be found here , and the law accordingly here. And so, present information technologies, as well as we with you, exist, develop or die due to the law. That is the law adjusts their development depending on many factors. Including political.
Information technologies mean a freedom of speech. If it is not present - there is no information. The sense vanishes. And so, almost in all states on the ground, there is no law which would say, that the Internet is tool of mass media. What does it mean? Ladies and gentlemen! In the near future blogs will be the most truthful mass media. We can write everything, that we shall want, within the framework of journalistic ethics, certainly.

OnLine journalism as a logical future

Life changes. It sets up new standards of seemingly habitual things. Particularly when we talk about progress.
This parameter mentions all spheres of an our life, as personal and professional. Meetings on means the Internet became any more luxury and means of acquaintances. Being at office not a rarity, when the personnel work listening sounds of Internet-radio. There is no sense to visit libraries. It is enough to go on Internet and to find everything, that is necessary. Even businessmen today sometimes put electronic signatures on electronic documents and it is a reality. It became easier to modern person to contact to the world by means of a computer.
As consequence began to arise alternative and the modern trends, such as On-Line journalism based on blogs. Even existing mass media in this situation cannot stand aside of progress. Otherwise they risk to be superseded these new movements. All mass-media respecting for a long time have got at least Internets sites. But, as a rule, as well forums and even own blogs. Known Mark Deuze is lecturer and research associate at the Amsterdam School of Communications Research (ASCoR) in The Netherlands gives the description to online journalism, its histories and subdivides into different types.
In my opinion, the most important plus in journalism that the reader can express own opinion on article or a problem mentioned in it, by addition of comments and by that to supervise the journalist, or simply the person written article. Confirming my words I shall result the citation from article of NICHOLAS LEMAN: «Every new medium generates its own set of personalities and forms. But none of that yet rises to the level of a journalistic culture rich enough to compete in a serious way with the old media—to function as a replacement rather than an addendum».
As consequence of this total control has appeared even concept ethics of online journalism. Dan Gillmor is founder of Grassroots Media Inc. writes: «The professional journalism world is awash in ethics codes. Some are longer than the United States Constitution, trying to anticipate every possible breach. Others are short and succinct, offering more positive guidance. The cyber-journalist Website has adapted for bloggers an ethics code from the Society of Professional Journalists, an American group. It is a solid and worthy effort.». In my opinion it allows the basis to think, that Online journalism becomes serious mass media.
Considering all these facts, Online journalism has all preconditions to become the serious and long lever of democracy. Subsequently not smaller than existing mass-media. This is logical next step in mass media. But the most amazing that this lever will be global! Everyone who have access in the Internet can read articles and share impressions with all people of a planet. Online journalism erases borders. Probably it's the main designation. For me as the person with rich imagination, it allows an occasion to think of the future formation of the uniform state the ground! If, certainly, till that time there will be no apocalypse, however and about it I find out from the Internet …

I found amazing information about the most amazing airlpane in all the world! SpaceShipTwo. Unfortunatelly only in russian language :( I hope in some time I will translate it in english. But while, who understand it now, please:

Чёрт! Всё, прямо сейчас мы начинаем завидовать этим счастливчикам. Этим космическим туристам будущего с билетом за $200 тысяч в кармане. Зависть гложет, когда видишь эти кресла, на которых они будут сидеть. Эти иллюминаторы, в которые они будут глядеть. И вообще — весь этот корабль, на котором и по которому они будут летать. Чёрт, вы только посмотрите на этот корабль!

Макет корабля SpaceShipTwo (SS2) в разрезе 28 сентября продемонстрировал публике британский миллионер сэр Ричард Брэнсон (Richard Branson). Глава империи Virgin в целом и компании Virgin Galactic в частности устроил презентацию на фестивале NextFest, традиционном чудо-форуме американского журнала Wired.
Зрителям были явлены "парящий" над сценой рекордный космоплан SpaceShipOne и примостившийся под ним макет преемника в натуральную величину — с "распахнутым" правым бортом, чтобы был виден интерьер, разработанный не кем-нибудь, а самим Филиппом Старком (Philippe Starck), который является и автором логотипа Virgin Galactic.
Новый SS2, также известный под названием VSS Enterprise, в отличие от SS1, не собирается бить никаких рекордов. Его предназначение — исключительно космический туризм.
Поэтому корабль примерно в три раза крупнее предшественника и вмещает восемь человек: шесть пассажиров (в салоне с двумя рядами по три кресла в каждом) и двух пилотов (в отделённой от салона кабине).
"Сейчас мне странно об этом думать, но через 12 месяцев мы обнародуем настоящий космолёт и сразу после этого начнём испытательные полёты", — сообщил развалившийся в одном из футуристических кресел Брэнсон.
SpaceShipTwo, как и второе поколение самолёта-разгонщика WhiteKnightTwo (WK2), который поднимет SS2 на высоту 18,2 тысячи метров, строит компания легендарного Бёрта Рутана (Burt Rutan) Scaled Composites, точнее — её "дочка" Spaceship Company.
Все работы почти завершены, и испытательные полёты, запланированные на начало 2008 года, пройдут в калифорнийской пустыне Мохаве.
Брэнсон добавил, что строит "зелёный" космический корабль. SS2 будет питаться более экологичным типом гибридного ракетного топлива, а WK2 получит новые, "чистые" и экономичные двигатели, что сделает его похожим на другой самолёт Virgin, тоже рекордный GlobalFlyer.
2,5-часовые суборбитальные полёты туристов на высоту 110-140 километров намечены на начало 2009-го, а запуски будут происходить с нового космодрома в Нью-Мексико.
Этого момента с нетерпением ждут очень многие "охотники" за пятью минутами невесомости и "внеземным" видом, который открывается из 15 относительно крупных иллюминаторов на стенах, полу и потолке: в марте прошлого года их было уже 7 тысяч человек. Разумеется, количество желающих с тех пор значительно выросло.

Заметьте: в это время на борту царит абсолютная тишина (иллюстрация Virgin Galactic).
И не огорчайтесь из-за 200-тысячного ценника — настоящие билеты в космос будут разыгрываться в лотереях, специальных телешоу и даже в компьютерных играх. Так что шансы невелики, но всё-таки есть.
Вместе с тем президент Virgin Galactic Уилл Уайтхорн (Will Whitehorn) напомнил, что космические туристы смогут летать не только "вверх-вниз": "Одна из захватывающих особенностей новой системы заключается в том, что мы сможем перевозить пассажиров глобально — с "домашней" базы в Нью-Мексико в любое место на земном шаре, где получим разрешение работать. Уже ведутся переговоры с несколькими странами, включая Великобританию, Швецию и Австралию".

По сегодняшним прикидкам, весь флот Virgin Galactic будет состоять из двух носителей WK2 и пяти SS2.
Остаётся добавить, что презентованный макет не пропадёт даром — он будет использоваться при трёхдневной подготовке туристов к полётам.

Blogs and the Future of Science

I found relly interesting article about blogs. I'd like to say after the reading I start to think that Blogs are future of our wonderful planet - Earth :) Here I posted only final part of the article which concludes really big document makes on at least to be the report. The same it is:

"So, what is the role of blogs going to be in the future of science? I believe the blogs are going to speed up the internationalization of science, with positive effects for both American and foreign scientists. What expert science bloggers are doing right now and will do even more in the future is take expensive information and make it free. People with access to expensive journal subscriptions will link, excerpt, and comment on technical papers as soon as they are published, thus making them available to scientists in small schools, in foreign countries, and, importantly to, gasp - blasphemy! - amateur scientists. That is exactly what I intend to do with Circadiana. My scientific colleagues in Algeria, Argentina and Poland can contact me (or each other) and start fruitfull collaborations, not just read an occasional paper two months after its publication.Science teachers in middle and high schools will have the information at their fingertips. Textbooks will probably become a little less than ten years out of date at the time of publication, I hope. Journalists will know where to go to find correct information about a topic that requires scientific explanations. Random blogsurfers will pop in and see some really cool science-stuff with who knows what consequences - perhaps piquing an interest in science in a kid? The best science bloggers will be able to also write well, translating difficult scientese into ordinary language, thus removing some of the mystique that keeps people afraid of science, as well as demostrating how science works and how controversies and food-fights are the best generators of new ideas and cool findings.Pharyngula, Intersection, The Loom, Quark Soup, Panda's Thumb,...are just the beginning. While many expert blogs will garner interest only locally within borders of a single country, science blogs by definition do not recognize borders. This blog (as well as Circadiana already!) has regular visitors from EVERY continent. The science-blog node of the Internet, with its own clusters and subclusters, its own blog-journals like The Tangled Bank is growing to be, will be THE place to be in years to come, the home of The Planet Earth, where Knowledge really is Power"

Kazakhstan and Russia – partners forever

For a long time I have been interesting about situation arised between Georgian and Russia Federation. When relationships reached hot conditions it becomes interesting for me how situation can influence on relationships between:
1)Kazakhstan-Russia
2)Kazakhstan-Georgia
As a fact our Republic has partners links with both of them.
For the time being I found the answer on first question

"Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin participated in forum of heads of frontier regions of Kazakhstan and Russia in Uralsk. The Presidents aim to increase goods turnover between two countries. This year goods turnover between two states is to increase $10 billions. And Presidents are sure that it is not the limit. Western Kazakhstan borders with 5 Russian regions. Today 7 Kazakhstani and 12 Russian oblasts join on the border." (origin source)

Situation with Russia is clear positive. At least orally. I am waiting answer on second question.
